Returns

  3. Ship the Item: Pack the item securely in its original packaging, include the return authorization number, and ship it to the provided address.

Refunds

  • Processing: Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved Refunds: If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.

  • Partial Refunds: In certain situations, only partial refunds are granted (if applicable):

    • Items not in their original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

    • Items returned more than 30 days after delivery.

Exchanges

Return Shipping
